摘要
对国内几种主要的中低温煤焦油加氢技术——固体热载体热解-全馏分加氢工艺、煤气化焦油-宽馏分加氢工艺、块煤干馏-延迟焦化-焦油加氢工艺以及VCC工艺等技术进行了对比分析。由于这一领域仅仅处于一个起步阶段,因此各个技术各有特色,然而随着这些技术的不断日趋完善,煤热解耦合煤焦油加氢领域一定会有一个质的飞跃,不但可缓解石油资源紧缺的压力,而且可有效的解决煤热解行业只焦不化、污染环境等长期以来困扰焦化行业难题。
Several kinds of the main technologies of low-temperature coal tar hydrogenation were compared and analyzed.They are pyrolysis of solid heat carrier-all distillate hydrogenation process,coal gasification tar-wide distillate hydrogenation process,lump coal pyrolysis-delayed coking-tar hydrogenation process and VCC tar hydrogenation process and so on.Because this area was only at an early stage,all technologies had their own characteristics.However,with the maturing these technologies,there will be a qualitative leap in the field of coal pyrolysis coupled coal tar hydrogenation,not only can ease the pressure of the shortage of oil resources,and also can effectively solve the long-troubled problems in coal pyrolysis industry of incompletely coke and pollution and other problems.
