摘要
针对油料装备维修决策问题,建立了油料装备维修保障决策指标体系和数学模型;并结合层次分析法(AHP)、多准则决策法(MCDM)和逼近理想点法的优点,提出利用3标度法对专家评判矩阵进行分析处理,克服了传统方法的概念模糊和信息冗余问题。通过对四种备选方案的综合评价计算,验证了该方法的合理性,解决了油料装备维修保障方案的优选问题。
The paper establishes an index system and a mathematical model for the decisionmaking in POL equipment maintenance and support, then, integraving the strength of AHP, MCDM and TOPSIS, proposes to use the threescale marking method to process the expert judgment matrix to overcome shortcomings of the traditional method such as conceptual fuzziness and information redundancy. In an example with four optional plans, it demonstrates the validity of the model and the method.
