摘要
通过对石油开发应急管理系统分类及内容分析研究 ,结合焉耆盆地石油开发特点 ,提出焉耆盆地石油勘探开发水污染应急管理系统应具备的内容和功能 ,为焉耆盆地和其它区域石油开发污染控制提供参考。
Based on the classification and components of contigency management system in petroleum development as well as the characteristics of petroleum development in Yanji Basin,the components and function that the system need to have were presented.The results can be as reference for pollution control in petroleum development in Yanji Basin and other regions.
