摘要
空气和废气监测分析方法一书[1]第五章中甲醇的气相色谱分析方法,应该解决采样时间长(2h)回收效率低和色谱分高存在在拖尾大水峰三个方面的问题。通过实验,使用高分子聚合物GDX102、2m玻璃柱、FID检测器等直接进1ml气体样品。方法最低检测浓度可达为0.08mg/m3,完全可以替代用水溶液吸收甲醇的色谱分析方法,使用GDX102柱不论是进行水样品的分析还是气体样品的分析,甲醇和乙醇分离效果好,而且不会产生拖尾大水峰。新的色谱分析方法,采样省时间,样品代表性好,分析速度快,分析结果可靠、精密、准确。
There is the book named 'the method of detecting and analysizing atmosphere and waste air', in which the method of carbinol gas chrmatography analysis involved in chapter five can solve three problems about long-term process of sampling, low recycle officiency and the existance of 'bigwarter peak of drawing tail'in chromatography seperation. We use the macromolecule polymer GDX102, glass poles of 2 meter and FID detectors injected with1 ml gas smle in experiments The minimum detective conctentration is 0.08mg/m3, so the chromatography analysis method of using water solution to absorbthe carbinol can be completely substitude for this kind of new method. During the process of analysingweter sample and gas sample by using GDX102 poles.carbinol and ethanol exist high seperated officiency and can't produce thd phenmenon of 'big water peak of drawing tail'the new method is possessed of thespecial characteristic such as timeasving samplig, efficient analysis,precise, exact and credible detective result.
