摘要
传统的逆变器工作在硬开关条件下,即电压、电流是突变的,会带来开关损耗与器件损坏、二极管反向恢复、感性关断、容性开通和电磁干扰等一系列新问题。为解决这些问题,以一种新型并联谐振PWM逆变器为研究对象,阐述了其结构组成及工作原理。为了实现逆变器的零电压开通,针对其特点提出一种基于软件的控制策略实现方法,并进行了仿真和实验。仿真与实验的对比证明了控制策略的软件实现方法与理论分析相吻合,该方法是有效、可行的。
Traditional inverter works under hard switching condition,that means the voltage and current mutate,which cause a series of problems,such as switching loss,diode reverse recovery,inductive turn-off,capacitive turn-on and electromagnetic interference(EMI).To solve these problems,based on a novel parallel resonant PWM inverter,the pa-per introduces the inverter's configuration and working principle.To realize its zero voltage turn-on,the paper puts forward a software-based control strategy and validates it through simulation and experiment.Comparison between ex-perimental and simulate result testifies that the software realization method of control strategy is identical to theoretical analysis.So the method is effective and feasible.
