摘要
大学生就业问题不但直接影响着高等教育的持续、健康发展,而且影响着社会的稳定与人才强国战略的实施。要想实现大学生顺利就业,必须结合社会需求情况有针对性地加强就业指导和就业竞争力的培育。对此,本文借鉴产业竞争力的ISCP范式对大学生就业竞争力进行评价,希望明确影响大学生就业和发展的各项构成要素,促进大学生的全面发展。
College students＇ employment not only directly influences the higher education＇s sustainable and healthy development,but also affects the stability of the society and the implementation of the talent strategy.Want to realize College students＇ successful employment must be combined with social demand,reinforce employment guidance and cultivating the employment competitiveness.To this,this paper evaluate the university students＇ employment competitiveness based on ISCP paradigm,hope to clear each influence elements of university students＇ employment,promote the comprehensive development of students.
