摘要
阐述了施工合同的特点,扼要归纳了施工合同在建设项目管理中的作用,就《建设工程施工合同(示范文本)》(GF-1999-0201)实施中常常引起歧义的若干条款,以及工程实施中常出现的分岐进行分析,并有针对性地提出施工合同商签中应予特别注意的问题。
This paper illuminates the characteristics of construction contract and summarizes the effect of construction contract in project management,analyses the clauses in Construction Project Construction Contracts（model version）（GF-1999-0201） which usually causes ambiguity in the implementation,and the common discrepancy in implementation practice.This paper also points out the issues for attention in construction contract signing.
