摘要
目的研究四逆散及其各组成药物对大鼠胃酸分泌、胃蛋白酶活性的影响及对预防应激性溃疡的作用,探讨四味药在该方剂中的作用大小及其交互作用。方法以水浸法、乙酰水杨酸法分别建立大鼠应激性溃疡模型和胃溃疡模型;试验的统计学方法采用正交设计资料的方差分析,依据正交设计表L16(215)安排实验,用滴定法、比色法(分光光度仪)分别测定用药(甘草、柴胡、白芍、枳实)一段时间后胃酸、胃蛋白酶活性并取胃认定并测量应激性溃疡的长径。同时分析四逆散及其各组成药物的单独效应,并分析各药之间的交互作用。结果甘草有明显抑酸、预防应激性溃疡的作用(P<0.01),并可抑制胃蛋白酶活性(P<0.05);柴胡有明显预防应激性溃疡的作用(P<0.01),并有抑酸的作用(P<0.05);白芍有预防应激性溃疡的作用(P<0.05);枳实预防应激性溃疡作用不显著(P>0.05)。各药之间存在着广泛的交互作用,以负效应为主。结论四逆散具有抑制胃酸分泌和预防应激性溃疡的作用,其四味药之间存在交互作用,以负效应为主。
Objective to investigate the impact of powder for treating cold limbs （FFCL） and its different combinations of four kinds of medicines （licorice rcot,thoromax root,white peony root,immature bitter orange） on the secretion of gastric acid and the activity of gastric pepsin and the preventing effect on stressinduced gastric ulcer in rats and to explore the interactions of the four kinds of medicines in FI＇CL. Methods The stressinduced gastric ulcer mxlel of rats was established by the method of water immersion,and the gastric ulcer model of rats was established by acetylsalicylic acid-induced method. The gastric acidity and the activity of gastric pepsin were determined by titration determination and colorimetric method,respectively. After taking stomach of the rate,the stress-induced gastric ulcer was ascertained, and its length was determined. Present study was based on the table of orthogonaldesign L16（2^15 ） to analyze the effect alone and their interactions of P^L and different combinations of FICL. Remits Licorice root markedly inhibited the secretion of gastric acid and activity of gastric pepsin and had the effect of preventing stress-induced gastric ulcer （P 〈0. 01 or P 〈0. 05）. The thorowax root had effects of preventing stress-induced gastric ulcer （P 〈 O. O1 ） and inhabiting the secretion of gastric acid （P 〈0. 05）. White peony root had effect af preventing stress-induced gastric ulcer （ P 〈0. 05）. Immature bitter orange had not significant effect on preventing stress-induced gastric ulcer （P 〉0. 05）. The interactions of different combination of four kinds of medicines in FIEL presented extensively,and the negative effect was principal. Conclusions PICL has the effects of inhibiting secretion of gastric acid and preventing the stress-induced gastric ulcex. There are interactions arnongthe four kinds of medicines in F1EL,and the negative effect takes the fwst place in them.
