摘要
采用ANSYS软件对查干淖尔矿风井冻结法施工的冻结温度场进行数值模拟,根据测温孔测得的温度数据,对冻土热物理参数进行了参数反演,获得了符合工程实际情况的冻土热物理参数,基于反演得到的最优参数,预测分析了井筒开挖层位的冻结壁平均温度、冻结壁平均厚度、井帮温度、冻结交圈时间等设计参数,为井筒的施工提供了科学的指导作用。
Using ANSYS to simulate the freezing temperature field of Chagannuoer Mine's airshaft sinking with freezing method. According to the measurement temperature data makes parameters back analysis for the frozen soil thermophysical parameters, has obtained the frozen soil thermophysical parameters which accord with the actual status of the project. Based on the back analysis has sobtained the optimal parameters to predict and parameters of the freezing wall average temperature, analyse the excavation layer design freezing wall average thickness,shaft wall temperature, freezing circle time and ect. This provides a scientific direction for the construction of the freezing shaft sinking.
