摘要
胰岛素促泌剂是治疗2型糖尿病的主要口服降糖药,包括磺脲类和格列奈类两大类。为科学合理地指导临床用药,中华医学会内分泌学分会的专家对胰岛素促泌剂在我国成人2型糖尿病中的应用(包括其分类、作用机制、安全性、用药原则等)进行详尽的探讨并达成共识,文章就此次达成的共识进行简要解读。
Summary ： Insulin secretagogues, including sulfonylureas and glinides, are major oral antidiabetic medication for type 2 dia- betes. To steer scientific and reasonable clinical practice, The Chinese Society of Endocrinology reached consensus regarding the application （ classification, mechanisms, safety and principles, etc. ） of insulin secretagogues in Chinese adults with type 2 diabetes, after thorough discussions. In the current review, contents of expert consensus are to be outlined.
