摘要
旨在研究群组决策中的赋权问题.首先,对专家给出的不同排序进行一致性检验,淘汰未通过一致性检验的专家排序,其次,通过循环修正的思路统一通过一致性检验的不同专家给出的指标重要性排序,得到集成不同专家意见的一个理想排序;最后,计算评价指标的标准差,利用相邻指标的标准差大小确定两个指标的重要性之比,建立基于标准差修正群组G1组合赋权模型确定指标的组合权重.组合赋权模型解决了主客观组合赋权中主客观权重的分配问题,且保证了由该模型计算的组合权重既能反映出群组专家的意见,又能反映出指标的数据信息.
The main work of this paper is to decide the weights in multi-attribute group decision-making. First, it made a consistency test on different orders given by experts and eliminated the orders that did not pass the consistency test; Second, it used the thought of circular revision to unify the orders of index importance given by different experts that passed the consistency test and got a unified order gathering different expert opinions. And then it calculated the standard deviation of the evaluating indicators, to get the importance rate between the two adjacent index by the size of the standard deviation and built the model to get the weights by improved group-G1. The model solved the problem of the distribution of the subjective weights and the objective weight,and the combination weights reflect expert opinion and data information.
