摘要
采用燃烧反应法制备了纳米Zn1-xNixO粉体。结果表明,当Ni掺杂量增加到x=0.010时,样品中不仅部分Ni2+取代了Zn2+,还出现了立方NiO;通过FTIR发现样品在1041.68cm-1附近出现了一个新的吸收带,表现出良好的红外吸收特性。
The Zn1-xNixO nano-powders were prepared by combustion reaction method.When the Ni doping content x was 0.010,not only the Zn2+ position was replaced by Ni2+ partly in the sample,but also the cubic NiO appeared.FTIR spectra showed that a new absorption band appeared near 1041.68cm-1,that showed the better features of infrared absorption.
