摘要
通过熔融热处理方法得到了Eu3+掺杂氧化锌微晶玻璃。利用XRD、透射电子显微镜研究了热处理后微晶玻璃的微结构。利用发射光谱研究了其发光性能。结果表明,样品在750℃热处理2h后,在玻璃网络中形成了尺寸约10nm的ZnO纳米晶。结构研究显示结晶后Eu3+进入了ZnO晶格之中。发射光谱显示其发光性能随着ZnO含量的增加以及热处理时间的增加而显著增强。
In order to investigate the optical properties of Eu3+ ion doped zinc-alumino-silicate glass-ceramics which were prepared by melting and heat treating processes,differential thermal analysis,X-ray powder diffractometry,and transmission electronic microscopy have been carried out to study the microstructure of the samples.Photoluminescence spectra have been measured to study the optical properties of the samples.The results showed that ZnO crystals with a size of about 10 nm were formed after having been heat-treated at 750℃ for 2 hours.Spherical ZnO nanocrystals were distributed in the glass matrix.The X-ray diffraction peak positions of the samples showed that the Eu3+ has entered into the ZnO nano-crystals.With the increase of ZnO content and heat treatment time the luminescence intensity increased significantly.The luminescence intensity also increased with increasing concentration of doped Eu3+.
