通过了解建筑企业机械设备管理与维护现状,对机械设备的企业管理模式和租赁市场管理模式进行了对比分析,并对机械设备管理模式的发展方向及路径作了探讨,以实现机械设备的高效管理。
Through understanding the mechanical equipment management and maintenance status of construction enterprise,the thesis compares and analyzes the mechanical equipment enterprise management model and renting market management model,and finally explores the development trend and path of mechanical equipment management model,so as to realize high efficient management of mechanical equipment.
