摘要
我国房地产经济和国民经济发展越来越呈现出一种发展不平衡的状态,通过对这种不平衡的发展现状的分析,将经济学理论和我国房地产发展的现状相结合,联系我国城市房地产业与国民经济发展不协调的现状与特点,深入分析了房地产业对我国国民经济发展的影响,并提出建议,以促进房地产业健康发展。
There appears an unbalanced developing trend of the relationship between domestic real estate economy and national economy.Through analyzing the unbalanced developing status,the paper combines the economic theories with domestic real estate development status,connects with the incoordinate status and features of domestic urban real estate industry and national economy development,discusses the impacts of real estate industry on domestic national economy development,and puts forward suggestions,so as to promote healthy development of real estate industry.
