摘要
以某水泥厂生产线施工为例,介绍了钢筋笼模板在设备基础螺栓预留孔洞中的应用,分别阐述了采用钢筋笼模板预留孔洞的技术特点、优势及施工工艺,并结合GB 50204-2002混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范提出了相应的质量控制措施,以指导实践。
Taking a cement production line construction for example,this paper introduced the application of steel reinforcement cage template in reservation pore of equipment foundation bolts,respectively elaborated the technical characteristics,advantages and construction technology using steel reinforcement cage template reservation pore,and combining with construction quality acceptance specification of GB 50204-2002 concrete structure engineering and put forward the corresponding quality control measures,in order to guide practice.
