摘要
研究了测控技术与仪器专业"双师型"青年教师培养和青年教师到企业进行锻炼的相应管理制度及措施和方法,提出了以坚持实践锻炼为取向,鼓励青年教师要走向企业,参与企业的科学研究的途径,为培养青年教师的实践能力和创新能力的高素质的师资队伍进行有益的探索。
Training of young teachers with double qualifications of measure and control technology and instrument specialty and young teachers appropriate management systems and measures of young teachers entering corporate to practice are studied. Approaches are proposed, such as adhering to the practice-oriented training, and young teachers should move towards enterprise, participating in scientific research of enterprises, to conduct useful exploration on high-quality teacher team of young teachers＂ practical and innovative ability.
