分析FIDIC合同条件下承包商工程索赔的内涵、索赔条款、索赔程序、计算方法以及索赔的途径,旨在提高国际工程承包企业索赔管理水平。
This paper analyzes the importance of the contractor claims in the international engineering contracts,points out clauses about the claims in FIDIC contract and the procedure of the claim,so as to improve the management of claim.
