摘要
工程项目施工建设进程中质量管理是确保工程优质性、先进性、科学性的重要环节。本文基于工程质量管理实践中应遵循的基本原则、存在的现状问题、质量控制管理相关要素展开探讨并就要点控制环节制定了切实可行的实践策略,对提升工程建设质量水平、解决常见质量问题,优化工程建设效果有积极有效的促进作用。
Quality management is important link of high-class,advanced and scientific project in the process of the construction of engineering project.This paper is based on the basic principles,existence questions and related elements of quality control and management in engineering quality management practice to discuss,and formulated the feasible practical strategies with links of point control,which has positive and effective promoting role on the level of project quality,solving the common quality problems and optimizing the effect of engineering construction.
