Phase-locked loop is a phase automatic control system,can accomplish frequency tracking and filtering,phase-modulation,FM,amplitude modulated signal demodulation and times of frequency,points frequency,frequency mixing and other major function.So it is widely used in TV,radar,communication,measuring instrument,especially in space electronic technology.
