摘要
利用减压CVI技术制备了三维碳纤维增韧碳化硅复合材料 ,研究了热解碳界面相对复合材料性能的影响 .结果表明 :适当选择界面相厚度 ,可获得弯曲强度和断裂韧性都较高的碳纤维增韧碳化硅复合材料 .从界面相厚度对界面结合强度和脱粘面上的滑移阻力的影响出发 ,解释了热解碳界面相厚度对复合材料的应力 -位移曲线形状及断裂形式的影响 .
D carbon fiber_reinforced silicon carbide composites were manufactured by LPCVI. Effect of carbon interphase thickness on the properties of C f/SiC m composites was studied. It is shown that composites with higher strength and fracture toughness can be achieved by selecting appropiate interphase thickness. The behavior of stress_displacement and fracture mode of composites differ with the interphase thickness.
