摘要
中国社会"官本位"思想根深蒂固,目前绝大部分高职教师仍认为走仕途才能充分地体现自身的价值。为此,要充分认识实行学科带头人(项目总师)负责制与教师积极性的关系,以及学科带头人(项目总师)负责制在调动广大教师积极性方面所起的作用,从而更地实行学科带头人(项目总师)负责制。
The thought of official position orientation has deep root in Chinese society： At present most higher vocational teachers still think going to the official career can fully embody their value. Therefore, it needs to fully understand the relation between the responsibility system Of discipline leaders and teachers＇ enthusiasm, as well as the function of responsibility system of discipline leaders in amusing teachers＇ enthusiasm so that the responsibility system can be implemented better.
