摘要
在尿素与甲醛加成 -缩合反应中 ,分 2次加入自制PQ复合添加剂 ,可明显降低游离甲醛的含量 ,提高脲醛树脂胶粘剂 (UF胶 )的稳定性。添加剂的最佳用量为UF胶总量的 1 .0 %～ 1 .4%。
Adding the PQ additive with 2 times, to the addition condensation reaction of urea with formaldehyde, can reduce the content of free CH 2O and increase stability of UF resin adhesive . PQ additive's optimum quantity were controlled at the range of 1.0%～ 1.4% of UF resin adhesive.
