摘要
将CAN总线技术与虚拟仪器技术结合构建了基于虚拟仪器的分布式温度测控系统.中央主机利用LabVIEW开发主机界面,温度测控节点通过STC89C52控制数字温度传感器DS18B20测量温度,中央主机与温度测控节点之间经CAN总线通过CAN-RS232通信控制器实现相互通信,给出了系统各部分的硬件结构图与软件框图.经过现场调试,系统运行稳定,实现了对多点温度的采集、分析、控制、显示、存储等功能,并达到各项指标要求.
This paper describes a distr/buted temperature control system based on virtual instrument. The overall architecture of temperature control system is presented. And to the each component of the system, its hardware constitutes and software realization are explained in detail. After the commissioning, the system runs stably, has completed multipoint temperature data collection, analysis, control, display, storage and other features. The indicators meet the system requirements.
