摘要
目的:加强糖尿病患者白内障手术的全面护理,提高手术成功率。方法:对142例糖尿病患者白内障施行超声乳化加人工晶体植入手术,并行术前心理护理、饮食护理、血糖控制与监测、术前指导、术前准备;加强术中护理;注意术后术眼保护、预防并发症和加强出院指导。结果:全部患者术前精神状态良好,能如期进行手术,术后效果理想,无1例病情恶变,均满意出院。结论:有针对性地做好糖尿病患者白内障手术的全面护理,将有益于患者的术后视力恢复。
Objective： To intensify comprehensive nursing care for cataract surgery in patients with diabetes and improve the success rate of operation. Method： Preoperative psychological care, dietary care, blood glucose control and monitoring, preoperative guidance and preoperative preparation for cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation surgery were given to 142 patients with diabetes. Intra-operative nursing care was enhanced, eye protection after surgery, prevention of complications and discharge guidance were noticed. Result： All patients were in good spirits before surgery and underwent the operations on schedule, satisfying results were obtained and all patients were discharged without worsening. Conclusion： Customized comprehensive nursing of cataract surgery in patients with diabetes is beneficial to the recovery of sight.
