摘要
主题园是现代旅游业在旅游资源的开发过程中孕育产生的一种新的旅游吸引物,是一种特殊的旅游产品。目前,主题园是经济投资的一个热点,在发展建设过程中主要涉及房地产建筑业、金融业、旅游业、娱乐业等相关行业。通过构建吉林市名建筑城主题公园可以将世界各地的知名建筑以建筑模型的方式浓缩在吉林市松花江沿岸,空间上跨越重洋,时间上纵横古今,不仅可以打造出一道特有的亮丽旅游风景线,还可以促进房地产经济与旅游经济相结合,进一步加快吉林市特色经济的整体发展。
The theme park is a modern tourism resources in the tourism development process fostered by a new tourist attraction,is a special kind of tourism product,at present,the theme park is a hot investment,it is mainly related to the real estate industry,financial industry,tourism industry,the entertainment industry and other related services in the development of the construction process.Through the construction of theme park in Jilin city will build concentrated model known all over the world on both sides of Songhua River,the space,time and aspect not only can create a unique beautiful landscape of tourism,tourist attraction,stimulating domestic demand,but also can promote the Jilin City real estate economy and tourism economy combination,to further speed up the whole economic development characteristics of Jilin city.
