摘要
研究了在pH 13时,利用EGTA与镉定量络合反应的特性,加入已知量的乙二醇二乙醚二胺四乙酸(EGTA)络合镉,以钙黄绿素-甲基百里香酚兰为指示剂,用钙盐标准溶液滴定过量的EGTA,并对干扰离子的影响及消除方法进行了探讨。提出了高含量镉的测定方法,测定质量分数89%~99.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.044%~0.15%,本法已用于粗镉及海绵镉中镉的测定。
According to the features of EGTA and cadmium quantitative complexation reaction at pill3, known quantity EGTA is added to react to cadmium, the calcein-methyl thymol shall be the indicator, the excess EGTA shall be titrated by standard calcium salt solution ; and the effect and elimination method of interfering ions are also discussed in this paper. The determination method of high content cadmium is proposed in this paper, the determination mass fraction is 89% -99.5% , the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0. 044%-0. 15% ; this method is used for determination of cadmium in crude cadmium and sponge cadmium.
