摘要
目的:分析探讨影响医务人员幸福感的有关因素,为提高医务人员工作满意度和工作效率提供参考。方法:便利选取汉川市9家一级医院和3家二级医院,应用问卷调查法对350名医务人员进行工作幸福感调查。结果:卫生院医务人员总体幸福感较高;负性情感、健康关注、利他行为、自我价值、友好关系各维度得分处于高水平,生活满意、正性情感、生命活力、人格成长处于中等水平。结论:影响汉川市医务人员幸福感的因素按作用大小依次是职称、兴趣爱好、性别。为提高医务人员幸福感,建议从薪酬待遇,排班设计,医患关系的处理等方面加以考虑。
To get the information about the well-being feeling and its influence factors, improve the work satisfaction and ef- ficiency. Methods： Based on convenient principle, we selected 9 first-level hospitals and 3 second-level hospitals in Han chuan. Well-being feeling questionnaire was used to examine 350 subjects of medical workers. Results： The overall well-being feeling of medical workers is high. Negative feeling, health concerns, altruistic behavior, self-worth and friendly relationship are in a high level. Life satisfaction, positive feeling, life vitality, personality development are in a medium level. Conclusion： Principal factors influencing medical workers well-being feeling are the title of a technical post, hobbies and interests, sex. It is necessary to enhance the well-being feeling of medical workers through improving the increase payment, scheduling arrangements doctor-patient relationship.
