热水处理对HDPE/稻壳塑木复合材料尺寸及耐磨性能的影响

摘要 对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/稻壳粉塑木复合材料进行了两种温度的热水处理,分别浸泡3、6、9、12、15h,测试其尺寸稳定性及表面耐磨性能。结果表明:热水浸泡后,塑木复合材料的尺寸三个方向均会因吸水膨胀,但是膨胀率和膨胀尺寸都较小,其表面磨损质量和磨损深度也没有产生明显增加,热水处理的温度及时间对塑木复合材料的尺寸及表面耐磨性能没有明显影响。同时,证明了刚玉粒度180目的 3号砂布更加适合对塑木复合材料的耐磨性能进行评价。 The dimensional stability and surface abrasion resistance performance were tested for HDPE/ rice hull composite, which immersed into hot water with two temperatures respectively for 3 hours, 6 hours, 9 hours, 12 hours and 15 hours. The results showed that: after treatment with hot water, the dimension of the WPC was expanding at three directions because of absorbing water, but swelling rate and expansion size were very small. The mass loss and wear depth were not increased significantly; the immersing temperature and time of the hot water had no significant effect to the dimensions and abrasion resistance of the materials. It also proved that the NO. 3 emery cloth which had 180 meshes corundum particles was a better choice to evalu- ate the abrasion resistance properties of WPC.
