摘要
研究了4种植物生长调节剂对栀子(Gardenia jasminoides Ellis)一年生枝条扦插生根的影响。结果表明,栀子为中间生根型,属较易生根植物,以200 mg/L IBA处理1.5 h,其扦插生根率、平均生根数、平均根长和根系效果指数在各处理中表现最优。
The effect of four kinds of plant growth regulators on the rooting of one-year Cape jasmine was studied. The re- suits showed that Cape jasmine was an easy rooting plant. The cttings rooting rate, average root number, average root length and root effects index reached the best when the branches were treated in 200 mg/L IBA solution for 1.5 h.
