摘要
为了得到更合理的微型汽车散热器的百叶窗翅片结构,采用Fluent软件,对散热器翅片进行了数值分析。通过修改其关键尺寸(翅片高度),得到了不同高度下散热器翅片的阻力因子f和散热因子j,并引入无量纲参数j/f1/3来评价其综合性能。优化结果是当翅片高度为8.94 mm时,综合性能最佳。
In order to get more reasonable structure of radiator shutters fin in micro car, the software Fluent is introduced to perform numerical analysis for the radiator fins. By modifying the key size (fin height), it is successfully to get resistance factor f and the heat factor j for the radiator fins with different heights, and the overall performance is evaluated by introduction of non-dimensional parameter j/f1/3 The optimized result shows that when the fin height is 8.94 mm, the overall performance will be the best.
