摘要
目的探讨磷酸化ERK(P-ERK)、TGF-β受体Ⅱ(TβRⅡ)和磷酸化Smad2(P-Smad2)蛋白在食管癌发生、发展中的作用。方法采用Western blot技术检测38份手术切除的食管癌标本和12份癌旁组织标本中P-ERK、TβRⅡ、P-Smad2蛋白表达。结果食管癌组织中TβRⅡ、P-Smad2蛋白表达明显低于癌旁组织,P-ERK蛋白表达明显高于癌旁组织,P均<0.05;P-ERK、TβRⅡ、P-Smad2蛋白表达与食管癌患者年龄、性别及肿瘤组织分化程度、淋巴结转移均无明显相关性;P-ERK、TβRⅡ与P-Smad2蛋白表达亦无明显相关性。结论食管癌组织中存在P-ERK、TβRⅡ和Smad2蛋白表达异常;此可能与食管癌的发病有关。
Objective To investigate the roles of P-ERK,TβRⅡ and P-Smad2 in the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer.Methods Western blot technique was used to detect the expression level of P-ERK,TβRⅡand P-Smad2 in 38 cases of esophageal cancer specimens and 12 cases of paracancerous esophageal tissue.Results Compared with the paracancerous esophageal tissue,the expression level of TβRⅡ and P-Smad2 of the esophageal cancer specimens decreased,and the expression level of P-ERK increased(all P0.05).No obvious correlation was found between expression of the three proteins and age,sex,histological differentiation or lymph node metastas;No obvious correlation was found between the expression of P-ERK,TβRⅡ and P-Smad2.Conclusion There exist abnormal expression of P-ERK,TβRⅡand Smad2 protein;this may play an important role in the progression of esophageal cancer.
