摘要
针对柔性带材退卷过程张力控制的大时变问题 ,在分析常规控制系统存在问题的基础上 ,提出一种投资少 ,便于工程实施的变结构非线性控制方案。实际运行表明 ,该系统对克服大时变问题具有良好的静、动态特性。
The tension control to a loosening reel winded by the flexible belt is a large time-variable problem.Based upon the analysis of the regular control system,a design of the nonlinear variable structure control is proposed which is guite cheep and easy to realize in the practice.It is shown that this system owns good properties to the system statics and dynamics.
