PTEN蛋白在恶性黑素瘤中的表达及其意义

摘要 目的探讨磷酸酶和张力蛋白类似物(PTEN)在恶性黑素瘤(malignant melanoma,MM)发病中的作用。方法采用Envision免疫组化法检测亨8例MM组织和50例皮内痣组织中PTEN蛋白的表达情况。结果MM中PTEN蛋白表达阳性率显著低于皮内痣组织中(53.8%VS100%,X^2=20.739,P〈0.01),且与临床分期有关(P〈0.05)。结论PTEN的缺失表达可能在MM的发生中起着重要作用;PTEN的缺失表达还可能与MM恶性进展有关。
