摘要
自制非渗透堵漏剂HTK-1加入钻井液中,对钻井液的配伍性、钻井液老化后性能的影响以及岩心封堵等方面进行评价。实验表明,该堵漏剂HTK-1能在随钻过程中防止漏失,减小漏失量,提高地层承压能力,从而有效地实施封堵,保证钻井过程的顺利进行。
The drilling fluid was evaluated on compatibility of HTK - 1 with drilling fluid, effects of addition of HTK - 1 into drilling fluid after ageing on the behaviors, and plugging of core. The experimental result showed that HTK - 1 plugging agent could prevent leakage in drilling process, reduce leakage, increase the loading capacity of the formation. Therefore effective blocking could be implemented and the drilling process could be smoothly carried out.
