摘要
目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查在早期妊娠诊断中的价值。方法:对1 365例早期妊娠患者经腹部超声检查,再经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,对比两种方法在早期妊娠诊断中的作用。结果:早期妊娠经阴道超声检查的准确率高于经腹部超声检查。结论:经阴道超声检查在早期妊娠(包括宫内妊娠及异位妊娠)诊断中准确率高,是诊断早期妊娠的首选方法。
Objective： To assess the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination in the early pregnancy diagnosis.Methods： 1 365 cases of early pregnancy were examined with abdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound as well.Results： The accuracy of transvaginal ultrasonography examination in early pregnancy was significantly higher than that of abdominal ultrasonography examination.Conclusion： Transvaginal ultrasound examination in early pregnancy（including intrauterinepregnancy and ectopic pregnancy） is of high accuracy and thus of high clinical value in diagnosis.
