摘要
高压断路器重合闸操作的金属短接时间(金短时间),是保证断路器"C-O"操作第二"分"开断能力的重要参数。现有高压SF6断路器的金属短接时间通常不能满足标准推荐的50 ms的指标。高压断路器的分合闸指令是由其操动机构配置的辅助开关发出的,因而辅助开关是金短时间控制的理想而可靠的机构。笔者分析了高压断路器辅助开关的结构,在理论力学和系统动力学的基础上,对辅助开关操动特性进行了研究,研究成果通过实验验证。
The close-open time of extra-high voltage circuit breaker reclosing is an important parameter to ensure the second contact separation breaking capacity of "close-open" operation.The close-open time of high voltage SF6 breakers is less than time 50 ms which is recommend by the standard.The close and open commands are issued by auxiliary switch equipped by the operating mechanism,so the auxiliary switch is an ideal and reliable mechanism to control the close-open time.Based on theoretical mechanics and system dynamics,the structure of the auxiliary switch is analysis,the operation characteristics of auxiliary switch is studied,and the research results are verified by experiments.
