摘要
新中国成立50 年来,铁路营业里程已达6.6 万km ,机、辆、线、通设备不断完善,货运量和货物周转量不断增加,但货车周转时间在延长,运输效率没有明显提高,究其原因,主要是由于车站一次货物作业和技术站中转时间延长所致,为此应采取提高列车速度、压缩中转站技术作业时间、封闭客货运量小的车站、提高运行图编制质量、增加双线建设比重等措施。
Since the foundation of New China,the length of railways in operation has reached 60,000 km in the past 50 years.But the turn round time of goods is becoming longer and the transport efficiency has not been raised significantly.The reason is that the freight operation at station costs more time and the transfer time at technical stations has become longer.So,measures including raising train speed,shortening the time of technological process at transfer stations,closing stations which handle small amount of traffic volume,improving the quality of run chart,raising the proportion of double track railways,etc..should be taken.
