摘要
目的估算呼伦贝尔市常规免疫报告接种率,分析估算接种率的影响因素。方法通过中国免疫规划监测信息管理系统。收集全市2010年免疫报告接种率报告数据,采用世界卫生组织推荐的方法估算疫苗接种率。结果 2010年全市常规免疫报告接种率在98.64%～99.75%之间,估计接种率在91.86%～96.13%之间。结论总体上常规免疫报告接种率、估算接种率均不断上升,但报告接种率和估算接种率比较有些疫苗数据仍然差距很大。
Objective To estimate the expansion of the national immunization program Hulunbeir reported routine immunization coverage,analysis based on vaccination rate factors.Methods of immunization programs through China monitoring information management system.In 2010 the city collected Immunization Rate report data,using the method recommended by the World Health Organization estimated vaccination rates.Results of the 2010 total of four vaccines Hulunbeir reported vaccination rates above,the annual rate of basic credibility of the report of vaccination,but the city has a unit of data is not credible report.The results of the 2010 regular city Immunization rates between 98.64%～99.75%,estimated vaccination rates between 91.86%~96.13%. Conclusions The overall routine immunization coverage rate reported,the estimated vaccination rates rising,the report estimated vaccination coverage rates and comparative data are still lagging far behind some of the vaccine.
