摘要
目的观察2种输卵管绝育术的临床效果。方法 2008年至2010年自愿要求绝育的536例受术者,年龄20～46岁,平均年龄33岁,比较手术时间、出血量。对所有手术者进行手术记录及随访。结果输卵管扎术中,缩短了手术时间,平均为10min,减少了术中出血量,平均为5mL,还提高了术后再通成功率。结论 2种改良输卵管结扎方法较简单,时间短、损伤小,其再孕率及并发症低,且术后复通术成功率高。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of two kind of tubal sterilization. Methods From 2008 to 2010,Surgery records and follow--up have been done to 536 patients who required voluntary sterilization,aged 20 to 46 years,mean aged 33 years, Comparing surgical time,blood loss.Results In the tubal ligations,oompered with group,shorten the operation time,which is 10 minute in average,and reduce blood loss,which is 5 ml in average,but also improve the success rate of recanalization. Conclusion Both improved tubal ligation methods are relatively simple,less time consuming and slight injured,which have low pregnant rate and morbidity and the success rate of recanalization is high.
