摘要
在分析了伺服控制系统特点的基础上,以宏晶公司专用工业控制芯片STC11F08XE为主控芯片,设计了一种高性能的超低频伺服控制器,并给出了该控制器的硬件结构及软件流程设计。其中,硬件电路包括三角波产生模块、A/D转换模块、伺服驱动模块、RS232串口通信模块和数码管显示模块等。现场测试结果表明,该控制器符合设计的初衷,具有高集成度、灵活性、实时性和模块化的特点;同时,其工作性能稳定、参数调整方便,能较好地满足复杂环境下对伺服系统控制的要求。
On the basis of analysis the servo control system, the paper uses the special industrial control chip STCIlF08XE, which produced by HongJing Technology, as the master control chip, and designs a high-performance ultra-low frequency servo controller. It gives the hardware architecture and the process of the software design of the controller. The hardware circuits include triangular ware generating module, A/D module, servo drive module, RS232 module and Nixie the display module. Field test results show that the controller meets the design in mind, with a high level of integration, flexibility, real-time, modular characteristics. At the same time, it has stable performance, is easy to adjust parameters, and can meet requirements of the servo system control i~_ complex environment.
