摘要
目的观察消癜汤治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效及对微循环的影响。方法 56例单纯型过敏性紫癜患者中,消癜汤与西药结合治疗组28例、西药治疗对照组28例,比较两组疗效检测治疗前后微循环变化。结果治疗组痊愈23例,显效3例,有效率为92.86%;对照组痊愈16例,显效5例,有效率为75.00%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(χ2=5.62,P<0.01)。两组治疗前微循环比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论过敏性紫癜患者存在不同程度的微循环障碍,消癜汤与西药结合治疗疗效显著。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Xiaodian Tang treatment on the anaphylactoid purpura and the effect to microcirculation.Methods Compare detection of microcirculation changes before and after treatment among the 56 patients of allergic purpura,which contains 28 cases that belong to Xiaodian Tang combine with western medicine therapy group and 28 cases that belong to western medicine treatment as a control group.Results Among therapy group,there were 23 cases cured, and effective in 3 cases, and the efficiency was 92.86%.However,among comparing group,there were 16 patients recovered,and 5 cases markedly,the efficiency was 75.00%.Therefore,the therapy group was better than the comparing group（χ2=5.62,P〈0.01）.And the microcirculation of the two groups before treatment had no significant difference （P〉0.05）;After the treatment,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion AP patients exist varying degrees of microcirculation dysfunction, and the effect of Xiaodian Tang combining with western medicine is significant.
