摘要
高校图书馆的服务对象是文化水平较高的读者,研究和掌握读者心理,了解读者的需求,有助于问题和矛盾的解决,使得图书馆的教育职能和情报职能充分发挥,更好地为高校读者服务。
University library service object is the culture of the high levels of readers, study and master readers psychology, un- derstand the demand of readers, can promptly fmd problems and contradictions, can make full use of library educa- tion and information functions in function, and to better serve the university service for readers.
