摘要
目的 为评价囊膜上起声乳化白内障人工晶体植入术的手术疗效。方法 对１０６眼白内障行囊膜上超声乳化白内障人工晶体植入术。结果 术后一周裸眼视力≥０．５者占８３．０１％，术后３个月裸眼视力≥０．５者占８４．８９％，矫正视力≥０．５者占９２．３０％，术后１周平均散光为１．７５±１．００Ｄ，术后３个月为１．２５±０．７５Ｄ。结论 囊膜上超声乳化白内障人工晶体植入术术后视力恢复快，散光轻，并发症少。
objective To evaluate the curative effect of supercapsular phacoem ulsification and IOL im plantation.Methods: Supercapsular phacoemulsification and IOL implantation was perfermed on10 6 eyes.Results:Postoperative one week and three months,visual acuity over 0 .5 was 83.0 1% and 92 .30 % ,The change of astigm atism was 1.75± 1.0 0 D and 1.2 5± 0 .75 D.Conclusion:Supercapsular phacoemulsification and IOL implanation will be more useful in the future,visual acuity recov- ers rapidly after surgery with low astigmatism and few com plications.
