摘要
理工类高校实验室安全面临着外部大环境和内部小气候的严峻挑战。存在实验室安全管理观念落后,实验室安全文化培育不足,整体还处于要我安全的发展低级阶段,安全责任主体不明等问题。仔细分析了上述问题并提出相应的对策。
Laboratory safety in colleges and universities of science and technology is facing the serious challenge from outer environment to interior climate. In laboratory＇s management, there are some issues in universities that seem as lagging notion, lacking of cultural training, being in the stage of lower development and being unclear of subject of liability. Analyze those problems and provide corresponding solution.
