摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜手术诊治妇科急性内出血的效果及可行性。方法:回顾分析2007年1月至2010年1月采用腹腔镜手术诊治189例急性内出血患者的临床资料。结果:189例患者均于腹腔镜下明确诊断,并进行有效治疗,未发生远近期并发症。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗妇科急性内出血具有患者创伤小、痛苦少、术后康复快、疗效肯定、美容等优点,值得推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the effect and feasibility of laparoscopic operations in diagnosis and treatment of gynecological acute hemorrhage.Methods：Clinical data of 189 cases with gynecological acute hemorrhage who underwent laparoscopic operationS from Jan.2007 to Jan.2010 was analyzed retrospectively.Results：All acute hemorrhage in 189 patients was finally diagnosed and successfully cured after laparoscopic operations without any complications.Conclusions：Laparoscopic operations for gynecological acute hemorrhage have advantages of minimal invasion,less pain,faster recovery.It is worthy of generalization and application.
