摘要 以L-天冬氨酸为原料,经5步反应合成了标题化合物,其结构经比旋光度、1HNMR和13CNMR表征,总收率25%。 （S）-1-tert-Butyl-2-（tert-butyloxycarbonylamino）-aspartate semi-aldehyde was synthesized from L-aspartic acid by a five-step reaction in total yield of 25% and the structure was confirmed by specific rotation,1HNMR and 13CNMR.
