摘要
以现有产业集群的动态发展、知识溢出和创业研究为背景,基于创业作为新知识转化和利用机制的观点,对创业类型进行了进一步划分—开拓型创业和模仿型创业。在此基础上,根据实际调研情况,以安吉竹产业集群为分析对象,基于动态视角将产业集群发展阶段与创业类型联系起来,分析了两种创业类型对知识转化及产业集群阶段发展和转型升级的不同作用,并对制度安排提出了建议。
Grounded in researches on dynamic development of industry cluster, knowledge spillover and entrepreneurship, and starting from the viewpoint that entrepreneurship as transforming mechanism, this study takes a further step to categorize entrepreneurship, that is, pioneering and imitative. On this basis, according to our field researches, we take Anji bamboo industry cluster as analysis object and correlate cluster stages and entrepreneurial types. Then we conclude that before maturation stage, pioneering entrepreneurship is in the majority, and imitative entrepreneurship would be more once entering maturation. In addition, we compare the different effects of the patterns of entrepreneurship on knowledge translation and industry cluster and propose suggestions to institutional arrangement.
