整粒小麦日粮对家禽消化系统发育、生长性能和肉品质的影响
摘要
长期以来,玉米一直被作为配制家禽日粮的主要成分,但随着我国养禽业及其它养殖业的迅猛发展,玉米的需求量越来越大,玉米市场日益紧张。迫于这种形势,家禽生产者已考虑到用大麦、小麦或小麦副产品替代玉米用于家禽日粮。大量研究证明,小麦是较理想的代替品。
