摘要
目的 :探讨肿瘤转移抑制基因nm2 3在人前列腺癌细胞、肺癌细胞和人黑色素瘤细胞系中的转移抑制作用。方法 :应用Northernblot杂交法检测 8种不同转移潜能人癌细胞中 (PC3,PC3M ,PAa ,PG ,WM35 ,WM134 1b ,WM983a和WM45 1)nm2 3基因的表达。结果 :nm2 3mRNA在 8种不同转移潜能的人癌细胞中都有表达 ,且nm2 3表达水平也未见差异。结论 :nm2 3基因可能与这些细胞系 (前列腺癌细胞、肺癌细胞及黑色素瘤 )的转移抑制无关。
Aim:To investigate the nm23 gene suppression of metastasis in human prostate cancer, lung cancer and melanoma cell lines Methods:Expressions of nm23 gene in eight human cancer cell lines, PC3, PC3M, PAa, PG, WM35, WM1341b, WM983a and WM451,with different metastasis potentials were studied by Northern blot hybridization Results:mRNA of nm23 all expressed in eight human cancer cell lines with different metastasis potentials and no difference in nm23 expression levels was observed in these cancer cell lines Conclusion:nm23 gene may not correlate with metastatic suppression of these cancer cell lines(human prostate and lung cancer cells,and human melanoma cells)
